What does Spendee do?

Spendee helps you to become personal finance management PRO. It helps you to take control over your finances. Thanks to Spendee you will see where your money goes and from where the money comes. You can set up budgets for categories that you need to spend less on and Spendee helps you to stick to your budgeted limit. It is your finance buddy.

How to use Spendee?

The easiest way to get your transactions in Spendee and thus to see where your money goes is to connect your bank account to Spendee. If you do that, all your transactions (even the past transactions) paid with card will be automatically added to Spendee and categorized for you.

You can also add your transactions manually. We recommend to add every transaction right after you pay not to forget on anything.

How to connect my bank?

Go to mobile app, open the side menu and click on “Add New Wallet or Bank Account”. Then click on “Connect a Bank Account”. Then select a country and your bank. Then enter your internet banking credentials and click on login. Choose your product (which bank account you wish to connect) and wait for the import to finish. Connecting a bank is a Spendee Premium feature.

Do I have to categorize transactions imported from my bank account?

No, thanks to our auto-categorization engine, your transactions are automatically categorized for you.

Why is my bank not supported?

Unfortunately, we don’t support every bank in the world, so it can happen that your bank is not supported. However every day, we are working hard to get more and more banks for you. Let us know, which bank you would like to add through the form in the app.

Is there a way to see how it works when I connect my bank account?

Yes, you can try to add a demo bank first to see how easy it is to connect your bank account.

Are custom categories available in Spendee? How do I create them?

Spendee can be customized exactly to your needs by adding multiple custom categories. Simply add a custom category in wallet’s detail or while adding a new transaction. Select an appropriate icon from a wide icon set, choose from one of the predefined colors and give your custom category a name.

Is it possible to change the order of categories, so the most used ones are in the beginning of the list?

Yes, you can do it by yourself in categories setting. Simply drag and move the categories that you want to move forward/backward.

Is it possible to deactivate categories that I am not using?

Yes you can do it by yourself in categories setting. Simply click on the check mark next to the category name. When it is green the category is active. When it is grey, the category is inactive.

I cannot login, I have forgotten the password of my Spendee account. How do I reset it?

Simply tap on the forgotten password link which appears on the login screen. Fill in your email address. Now check your inbox for an email from us. Open the link that we’ve just sent over to you. The link will lead you to an online password reset page where you set your new password. We require you to insert password twice for its confirmation.

I have forgotten my 4-digit PIN code that I have set up to protect my Spendee transactions. How do I reset it?

The PIN code recovery feature is not available. You need to reset your app’s cache and data (this is done in settings of your phone -> app management -> Spendee) or just simply reinstall the whole app.

How do I delete my Spendee account?

What are the features of Spendee Plus?

With Spendee Plus you will get unlimited number of wallets as well as unlimited number of budgets. With those features you will be able to better optimize your spending habits and budget like a king to save more money. You will be also able to share your wallet with your friends,family, girlfriend, boyfriend, mom, brother or who ever you want and manage your shared expenses as well. Great for family and couples and people who rather pay by cash or have a bank that doesn’t support connecting with Spendee.

What are the features of Spendee Premium?

With Spendee Premium you will be able to connect unlimited number of bank accounts, E-Walllets and crypto-wallets thus have a total balance of all your accounts in one place. What is truly magical is that we also categorize all those transactions for you, so you just need to add transactions that are paid by card. This will not only save your time but also make managing your money more comfortable. Apart from that you will be able to use all features of Spendee Plus. Great for everyone who thinks that adding transactions manually is a history and who mainly pays by card.

What’s the difference between Spendee Plus and Premium?

The main difference is that Spendee Premium offers to connect all your bank accounts, E-Walllets and crypto-wallets thus have a total balance of all your accounts in one place. Spendee Premium is great for everyone who wants to manage their money in effortless way.

How do I cancel the subscription to the Premium or Plus?

It’s unfortunate to hear that you want to refund your Spendee. To do so please refer directly to the App Store’s / Google Play’s refund policy. See the links below:

I would like to view all my transactions from a specific period. Is the custom view range available?

Yes, absolutely. Both on your Spendee timeline and in the overview mode transactions can be either viewed in the predefined viewing ranges or you can define your own custom periods by setting the From and To dates.

Is it possible to associate places with my transactions?

Additional information like the place where the transaction has been made are easy to insert. While adding a new transaction simply tap on the place icon to select the desired place. Associating places with your transactions will enable you the option to view all your transactions on the map in the overview mode.

I want Spendee to remind me to add transactions, how do I do it?

To enable this feature, you first need to allow Spendee push notifications. Then add a future or repeated transaction. In the transaction detail set a reminder by tapping on the alarm clock icon. Eventually in Spendee app you can go to Settings -> Reminder to select a desired reminder time.

How do I access the pie chart for my expenses?

To access the pie chart you first need to go to the overview mode of your desired wallet. Once there, open the filter options. If on iOS then open it by tapping on the upper right corner icon. If on Android then open the drop down menu by tapping on the top bar item or the little white arrow next to it. Select categories as your desired viewing scope. Now Spendee will display the category pie chart for the selected period.


How to create multiple wallets within the Spendee app?

In Spendee Premium and Spendee Plus you can add as many wallets as you want to. To add a new wallet open the left side panel i.e. by tapping on the menu icon in the upper left corner. If on iOS then tap on Create New Wallet field on the menu screen. If on Android then continue by tapping on the currently selected wallet to see all your Spendee wallets. Once there, choose the option to Create New Wallet to activate the new wallet’s wizard.

Can I set an initial wallet’s balance to start with?

Sure, initial balance can be either set while creating new wallet or anytime from the wallet’s edit screen.

Which currencies are supported?

Spendee and its wallets support literally any currency you desire. Simply select the wallet’s default currency while creating your new wallet.


Does Spendee support a feature of sharing a wallet with two or more users together? Can Spendee handle multiple users accessing the same wallet (i.e. husband and wife)?

Yes. Wallets can be shared with other Spendee users simply by selecting the specific wallet, by tapping on Members and by providing information that specifies accounts of other Spendee users. This feature is a paid feature available in Spendee Plus and Spendee Premium plan.

I have changed phones. How do I transfer my Spendee transactions to my new device?

If you were a registered user, the only thing you need to do is to open the app on your new phone and use your current Spendee account to log in. Once logged in your data will be loaded automatically.

How does the sync feature work?

The new Spendee no longer supports iCloud synchronization. Instead our servers are used for the sync purposes. Such solution not only gives you ability to sync your Spendee data across multiple platforms and multiple devices but it also enables you to share your selected wallets with other Spendee users.

Is there a way to export transactions?

Yes there is. You can export your transactions from mobile app. Go to the Setting and then click on Export data section. You can decide whether you want to export only selected wallets or you want to export all the wallets. You select a period and decide whether you want to export your data to CSV or Excel file.

Is there a way to import transactions?

Yes, there is. You can import your past transactions through our web app. ( Login to the web app, enter your wallet and click the "Import" button at the top of the page. We support .xls, .xlsx, .csv files.


Is there a web version of Spendee?

Yes, Spendee is now available across all devices. For the web app go to: Web app supports imports, it offers more detailed analysis and filtering options. Currently we are working on much more awesome features such as bank connection, or budget section.

Is it possible to make transfers between different wallets?

The ability to transfer funds between your Spendee wallets is coming soon.

Will you make an iPad version of Spendee?

Currently we are not planning on developing iPad version, however you can use our web app ( that works on iPad.

Is it possible to create a budgets in Spendee?

Yes, in mobile apps, there is a Budget section. In a basic plan you can create one budget while in paid versions you have option to create as many budgets as possible. After creating a budget app will notify you when you are in 50%, 75 %, 90% of your budgeted amount. It will also let you know when your budget was exceeded. Start budgeting now, and have your money under control.

Can I see total balance of all my wallets at one place?

Not now, however we are working on this feature right now, and at the beginning of the next year, we should introduce it in Spendee.

Is there a “travel mode” in Spendee?

In Spendee, you have two options how to add your transactions when traveling. You can either create a new wallet that will be solely dedicated to your trip or you can add your traveling transactions into your primary wallet in different currency and you can use hashtags to tag those transactions. E.g. for every transaction from my vacation I will add #Bali2017.

Privacy Policy

Before using Spendee you are required to acquaint yourself with the Terms of Use (“Terms”) and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). The Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and all definitions and names shall have the respective meaning defined therein. By downloading, installing, using or otherwise accessing Spendee, you are expressing your acceptance and willingness to be bound by the Terms, including the Policy. You may not use Spendee if you don't accept the Terms.

You may use a basic version of Spendee also without signing up. In such case, no Personal Data is collected or processed. However, if you want to access some account-based features of Spendee, like e.g. server synchronization or bank account synchronization you have to sign up and your Personal data is going to be processed. In order to be able to use Spendee, you are required to confirm your acceptance of the Terms, including this Policy, by choosing “Accept” in a confirmation dialog box.

Personal data processing

You agree that your Personal Data, including your first name, last name, date of birth, sex, e-mail address, phone number, profile photo, personal financial information (incomes and expenses), language preference and location (collectively referred as “Personal Data”) may be processed by SPENDEE s.r.o., with its registered office at Rybna 716/24, Prague 1 110 00, Czech Republic, Company ID: 05912890 (“Provider“).

The Provider is in the position of a personal data controller and has a registration by the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (reg. no. 00060926).

In case you use the bank account synchronization feature of Spendee, you also agree that Provider as a personal data controller may additionally process your on-line banking credentials, bank account transaction details such as amount, description, note, date and currency and bank account details such as account number, account name, balance, currency and type of account (also collectively referred as “Personal Data”), and that the whole scope of Personal data may be be collected and processed on behalf of Provider by Salt Edge Inc., with its registered seat at 40 King Street West, Suite 2100, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3C2, Canada (“Salt Edge”), as a personal data processor. By using the bank account synchronization feature of Spendee you furthermore agree that except your on-line banking credentials may Salt Edge process your Personal Data collected for Provider also as a separate personal data controller for its own purposes under its own privacy policy (available here:, which you therefore accept in full.

You agree that you provide all your Personal Data voluntarily. However, provision of Personal Data is required for signing up and proper functioning of some of the Spendee features and related services. Mandatory fields in the sign up form are marked.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful and current Personal Data and keep it up to date.

Purpose of the processing

The purpose of processing of your Personal Data under this Policy lies mainly in setting up and keeping your Spendee account and ensuring features like e.g. server synchronization, bank account synchronization (authentication, aggregation of bank account data and its analysis, interpretation and categorization) or sharing your content with other users based on your decision. However, Provider may also process your Personal Data to communicate with you, extract anonymous data, provide you with personalized financial advice or commercial offers, for marketing and advertising purposes or in order to improve your experience and further develop Spendee,.

Term of the processing

Personal Data is being processed under this Policy while you use the Spendee account and until your consent to the processing is withdrawn and the account deleted.

Transfers and disclosures

Your Personal Data may always be processed for Provider by third parties, however only for the purposes specified in this Policy, on a basis of written agreement and under statutory and legal conditions.

Provider does not transfer or disclose your Personal Data to third parties other than appointed data processors, unless you have agreed otherwise under this Policy or except as required by the applicable laws.

In case you use the bank synchronization feature of Spendee to connect to bank account maintained by financial institution based in the United States, you agree that Provider may provide your pseudonymized Personal Data, limited to an artificial identifier (pseudonym) and bank account transactions details, to Deep Forecast Inc., with its registered seat at 68 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94325, USA (“Deep Forecast”) and that Deep Forecast may process this Personal Data as a data controller for its own purposes of market research, indirect marketing and creating aggregated anonymous data sets until your consent is withdrawn. You hereby acknowledge that you have towards Deep Forecast rights specified hereunder in section “Information, correction and deletion”, which applies mutatis mutandis to this Personal Data processing.

Sharing your Personal Data with other users of Spendee is completely under your control.

Information, correction and deletion

You hereby acknowledge that you are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time, you have the right to access, correct or discard your Personal Data or remove them if misleading. Furthermore, you are entitled to contact the Provider in writing with any complaint concerning the processing of your Personal Data and, in case of dissatisfaction with the answer, consult the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic.

Your consent to the processing of your Personal Data may only be withdrawn by sending a written notice to the address of the Provider. If your consent to Personal Data processing is withdrawn, the Provider will delete your Spendee account with the consequences set out in the Terms.

Communication and Offers

You hereby agree that the Provider may use the Personal Data provided by you to send commercial offers and communication with respect to Spendee, related services or services of business partners associated with the Provider. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the respective communication or by another action described therein.

Payment information and on-line banking credentials

When you make purchases through Spendee, your credit card information and other data are not collected and stored by Provider, but only third party payment processors.

In case you use the bank account synchronization feature of Spendee, your on-line banking credentials are by default used only upon your manual entry and are not stored by Provider or Salt Edge as integrated third-party service.However, if you use the bank account synchronization feature of Spendee to connect to bank account maintained by financial institution based in the United States, you can voluntarily choose to have your credentials stored by Salt Edge.


Some of the Spendee features may access and collect your current location data, including GPS coordinates or other similar information regarding the location of your device. Some features of Spendee may not function properly if use of location data is blocked or disabled.

Facebook Login

You may also sign up for Spendee with your personal Facebook account. In that case, you shall give Provider all the requested permissions to collect your Personal Data. You agree that the Provider may process your Personal Data obtained from Facebook.

Technical and Anonymous Data

You hereby agree that Provider may collect and use technical data, including but not limited to information about your mobile device and system, Internet connection or your use of Spendee application. The purpose of the collection of technical data is to ensure quality, increase your comfort and further analyse and develop Spendee and related services.

You also agree that Provider may anonymize your Personal Data, where possible, and use the anonymous data at its sole discretion for any purpose, particularly for creating anonymous analyses and statistics.

Both, technical and anonymous data is stored separately from the Personal Data and cannot be linked back to you in any way in order to identify you.

You acknowledge that the anonymous data may be disclosed or sold to third parties, including outside the territory of the European Union.

Data security

Your Personal Data is stored and processed automatically in the electronic form on the secure servers with firewall protection and physical security measures. All servers, where Provider or appointed data processors process Personal Data under this Policy, are located exclusively within the European Union and Provider has to comply with its high data protection standards.

However, you agree that in the future Provider may decide to transfer your Personal Data abroad, including outside the territory of the European Union.

Your Personal Data is always transferred from you or your on-line banking server to the data processing servers using secure SSL connections.

You acknowledge, that even Provider, Salt Edge and other integrated third-party services use all standard security measures, the security of your Personal Data and other information can't be guaranteed.

Terms of Use

Spendee is a mobile phone application for various platforms, developed and offered to you by SPENDEE s.r.o. ("Provider"). It enables its users to track and manage personal finance and analyze their income and expenses. Your use of the Spendee mobile phone application and all the related services provided through it by Provider (collectively referred as "Spendee") is subject to the following terms (“Terms”), which upon your acceptance form a legally binding agreement between you and the Provider. For the avoidance of doubt, such agreement is concluded solely between you and the Provider and there are no other parties to it.

Spendee is currently available for download free of charge, however it contains in-app purchases to unlock additional features ("Premium features").


These Terms regulate the legal relationship between you and the Provider. You may not use Spendee if you don't accept them. The Terms are always made available to you prior to the download of Spendee application. By downloading, installing, using or otherwise accessing Spendee, you are expressing your acceptance and willingness to be bound by the Terms. You must also confirm your acceptance by choosing “Accept” in a confirmation dialog box before using Spendee.

You may not accept these Terms unless you are at least 13 years of age and you have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are 13 or older but less than 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to accept the Terms and use Spendee.

Term and Termination

The Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use Spendee and until terminated by either you or the Provider.

Termination always includes deletion of your user account and all related data and content, unless your data and content have been shared with other users, and they have not deleted them.

You may terminate the Terms at any time and for any reason by sending a written notice to the address of the Provider and deleting the Spendee application. Refund of your purchases is not possible.

Provider may terminate the Terms at any time and for any reason. In case of immediate termination due to your breach of the Terms you are not entitled to any refunds.


From time to time, Provider may amend the Terms at its sole discretion. You will be notified about the planned changes in advance through Spendee application or via e-mail. Updated Terms will be posted to this page 14 days prior to the effective date. By continued use of Spendee, you are expressing your acceptance of the changes. If you don't agree with the changes, you may terminate the Terms at any time.

Release of updated version of the Spendee application may precede the effective date of the updated Terms for the existing users. You may be required to accept the updated Terms in order to be able to use all features of updated version of the Spendee application.

Your use of Spendee

You must use Spendee only in accordance with the Terms, for the purpose it was intended and obey all of the applicable laws and terms and conditions of third parties.

You must not use Spendee to engage yourself in activities that mar, interfere, destroy, or access in an illegitimate fashion servers, network connectivity, or other aspects or services of any third party.

Registration and User Account

In order to be able to access all features of Spendee you have to sign up. You agree to provide accurate, truthful and current information and keep it up to date. There is also an option to sign up for Spendee with your personal Facebook account.

You must keep your Spendee account login information confidential and secure and you may not share it with anyone. You are solely responsible and liable for any and all activities that occur under your account.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse your registration or suspend your Spendee account at any time.

Bank account synchronization

Spendee enables you to connect to bank accounts maintained by hundreds of supported financial institutions around the world and synchronize automatically your bank account data with Spendee. For this purpose Spendee uses Spectre API provided by Salt Edge Inc., with its registered seat at 40 King Street West, Suite 2100, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3C2, Canada (“Salt Edge”). You agree to connect only to bank accounts you own or you are otherwise entitled to use. By using the bank account synchronization feature of Spendee you expressly appoint Salt Edge to access your on-line banking in read-only mode, retrieve on your behalf your bank account data and share it with Spendee as well as authorize the respective financial institution to make these data available to Salt Edge. Furthermore, you represent and warrant Provider and Salt Edge that you have all necessary rights to do so.

User content

You may enter and upload to Spendee or synchronize with it texts, numerical data, photos or other content. You retain copyright and all other rights to your content that qualifies for a legal protection. For such content you grant Provider a worldwide non-exclusive, no-charge and royalty-free license to use it in the connection with provision of the services, including without limitation, rights to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publish, display, upload, transmit, distribute, market and sublicense. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to do so. The license lasts for the full term of the copyright or until a termination of the Terms.

You are solely responsible for any content you provide to Spendee and for any consequences thereof. You may not enter or upload to Spendee or synchronize with it unlawful content or content that infringes copyright or any other third party rights. You may not upload any content describing or depicting violence or content which is pornographic, discriminatory, racist, defamatory or otherwise illegal and share it with other users of Spendee.

Provider does not review the user content, but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any user content for any reason.

Provider has no responsibility for the accuracy of the content you provided to Spendee or synchronized with it or which was created by Spendee based on your input.

You are solely responsible for backing up the content you enter or upload to Spendee or synchronize with it.

No professional advice

Based on your user content (particularly synchronized bank account data) Spendee may provide you with personalized financial advice or commercial offers (ads). You hereby acknowledge and agree that such financial advice or commercial offers do not constitute professional financial, tax, accounting or any other professional advice and Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind related thereto. In no event shall Provider be liable for any damages caused to you or a third person arising out of your use of such financial advice or commercial offers.

License and ownership

Spendee application and all rights therein, including intellectual property rights, shall remain Provider's property or the property of its licensors. Nothing in the Terms shall be construed to grant you any rights, except for the limited license granted below.

Subject to the Terms, Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable license, to access and use Spendee and its Premium features purchased pursuant to the Terms on any same-platform device (i.e. iOS device) that you own and control. The license is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Therefore, you may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Spendee application. Third party services or libraries included in Spendee are licensed to you either under these Terms, or under the third party's license terms, if applicable.

Based on your license, you may not access Spendee with other means than the mobile phone application, mine or extract any data from Spendee databases, modify, reverse engineer, hack, decode, decrypt, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of Spendee application or any part thereof and circumvent any technology used to protect the paid Premium features. You also may not remove, delete or obliterate any copyright notices, proprietary labels or private legends placed upon or found within the Spendee application.

Hardware and System Requirements

Information about the current hardware and system requirements of Spendee, technical restrictions and other limitations are always available on the platform-specific page of the application.

Maintenance and Support

Spendee is subject to a continuous development and Provider reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to update the Spendee application, change the nature of Spendee or modify or discontinue some of the features without prior notice to you. You acknowledge that Provider has no obligation to maintain or update Spendee.

Provider does not guarantee an uninterrupted provision of the services. Spendee or integrated third-party services may be temporary unavailable due to the maintenance, certain technical difficulties, or other events that are beyond Provider's control.

If you have some questions, problems or suggestions, you can reach the Provider via contacts provided hereafter. However, you acknowledge that the support to non-paying users of Spendee is limited due to the limited capacity of the Provider.

Premium Features and Prices

Spendee application is available for download free of charge. Free version displays ads in default and allows you to use only the basic features of Spendee. You can unlock an add-free version or other Premium features by in-app purchases.

Current detailed information about the in-app purchase offer is always available on the platform-specific page of Spendee or within the Spendee application. You can choose between one-time payments or subscriptions.

Premium features unlocked by one-time payments are non-consumable, subscriptions are concluded for the term specified in your order. You can choose between 1 month and 12 months term.

Prices are displayed in your local currency (if supported) and always include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax).

Provider does not guarantee that Spendee or any of its features will always be free and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the pricing at any time.

Downloading or using Spendee may incur additional costs for the Internet connection. You shall bear all such costs relating thereto.

Payments and Refunds

You can purchase selected Premium features or subscriptions simply by pressing the "BUY" button in the platform in-app purchase dialogue, which summarizes information about billing type, price and term.

By pressing the "BUY" button you enter into an additional contract pursuant to the Terms. Due to the method of conclusion of the contract, the text of the contract is neither saved nor accessible.

In a case you are a consumer with your normal place of abode or residence in the European Union, by pressing the "BUY" button you also consent that the contractual performance will start immediately and you acknowledge that for this reason you lose your right of withdrawal.

Payment is due and payable immediately upon completion of the purchase process. Performance starts immediately after a successful transaction by unlocking Premium features in Spendee. It proceeds by electronic means and is not subject to any extra fees.

If you purchased a subscription, it will automatically renew itself for another term of the same length, unless you cancel it before the current term runs out. The subscription price is charged on the first day of the new term. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription term and Spendee will be downgraded.

Distribution platforms accept various payment methods, including but not limited to, credit and debit cards, gift cards or PayPal.

Provider itself doesn't store any payment information or process payments. Distribution platforms or their contractors are solely responsible for the payment processing.

Refunds for the in-app purchases are generally not provided.


Provider may offer subscriptions with a specified trial period without payment. However, you are required to provide your payment details to start such subscription. The regular subscription plan with your selected term will begin automatically after the expiry of the trial period, unless you cancel it before the period runs out. The first payment for the subscription will process on the first day following the end of the trial period. By starting the subscription with trial period and providing your payment details you agree with possible future charges for the subscription.


Some features of Spendee may be used only if you consent to your personal data being processed. All information, including the extent and the manner of processing your personal data is included in the "Privacy Policy", which forms an integral part of the Terms.

You can withdraw your given consent at any time by deleting your Spendee account and the Spendee application.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability




You agree to indemnify and hold Provider, its directors, officers, employees and other representatives, harmless from any and all third-party claims arising out of your use of Spendee and integrated third-party services, including any liability or expenses arising from any claims, direct or indirect damages, lost profits, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

Third-party Services

Spendee or its parts may integrate or otherwise include third-party services or content such as Facebook Login, Foursquare API or Spectre API. You acknowledge that also other terms and conditions than these Terms may apply to your use of such third-party services (including privacy policies) and that the provider does not guarantee availability of such services and content. You must agree and comply with any applicable third party terms of agreement when using Spendee. The mere fact that Spendee integrates or otherwise includes third-party services or content does not constitute an endorsement of Spendee by respective third parties.

iOS Platform

If you are an iOS device user, the terms in this section also apply to you:

You acknowledge that the Terms are concluded between you and the Provider only, not with Apple, and that the Provider, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof, excluding user content.

The license granted to you must be limited to use Spendee only as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service, except that Spendee may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing.

Provider and not Apple is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to Spendee. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Spendee.

In the event of any failure of Spendee to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Spendee, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be sole responsibility of the Provider.

Provider, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any your or third party claims relating to Spendee or your possession and/or use of Spendee, including, but not limited to, product liability claims, any claim that the Spendee fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

You acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that Spendee or your possession and use of Spendee infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Provider, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Terms against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

Export Control

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist-supporting country and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Governing Law and Disputes

Unless otherwise required by a mandatory law of any jurisdiction, the Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All the disputes shall be referred to the courts having substantive and local jurisdiction based on the address of the registered office of the Provider.


If any provision of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable to any extent, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable other provisions of the Terms. The provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or deemed replaced by a provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to the original intent and purpose.


English is a primary language of communication between you and the Provider. All information about Spendee is available in the English language. The Terms are available in the English language only. English shall be also the binding and controlling language for the additional contracts concluded pursuant to the Terms.
